API Request Metadata

When you interact with our APIs, we process the contents of your requests (prompts, images) strictly for the purpose of fulfilling the API call. We log metadata (timestamp, model used, latency, token count, IP) for billing and analytics.

We use PayPal to process payments and balance top-ups securely. Viddra never stores raw credit card data.

Cloud Infrastructure

Hosted on cloud infrastructure (Vultr) with upstream providers accessed over secure connections.

AI Model Providers

API payloads are routed to providers like MiniMax and fal.ai under zero-retention commercial agreements.
