Service Description
Viddra ("the Service") operates as an advanced routing and aggregation layer, providing unified programmatic access to a curated selection of third-party artificial intelligence models.
By utilizing the Service, you acknowledge that Viddra acts solely as an intermediary interface. We do not train, host, or possess proprietary ownership over the underlying foundation models unless explicitly designated as Viddra-native. Availability, latency, and output quality are inherently dependent on upstream providers.
Acceptable Use Policy

Violation of the following constraints will result in immediate, non-refundable termination of API access and potential reporting to relevant authorities.
- close No Deepfakes: Generation of non-consensual synthetic media depicting real individuals is strictly prohibited.
- close Likeness Generation: Creating representations of public figures, political actors, or private citizens without explicit authorization.
- close Copyright Infringement: Intentional circumvention of copyright protections or systematic generation of derivative works intended to bypass intellectual property rights.
- close NSFW / Adult Content: Generation of sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive content is strictly prohibited.
- close Harmful & Hateful Content: Generation of content that depicts graphic violence, promotes harm, or incites hatred against individuals or groups is strictly prohibited.
Credits & Billing
Access is metered via a pre-paid credit system. Credits are consumed on a per-token or per-generation basis, determined by the specific model endpoint utilized. Current pricing schedules are maintained at /v1/pricing.
Pay-as-you-go
No monthly minimums. You are billed strictly for the compute resources consumed by your API keys.
Non-Expiring
Purchased API credits do not expire as long as the account remains in good standing and active within a 12-month period.
Refund Policy
We keep refunds simple and consistent across the platform:
- Failed tasks: if a generation task fails, the held amount is automatically refunded in full to your Viddra balance. No action is needed on your part.
- Unused balance: you may request a refund of an unused top-up within 14 days of the charge by contacting support at support@viddra.com.
- Consumed credits: credits that have already been consumed by successful API calls are non-refundable.
